Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms cover the FPL Core website (fplcore.com) and the FPL Core app for iOS and Android, together “FPL Core”. By accessing and using FPL Core, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

2. Use of Service

FPL Core provides Fantasy Premier League statistics, analytics, and tools. It is an independent service, not affiliated with or endorsed by the Premier League. The service is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied.

3. Accounts

You can use much of FPL Core without an account. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.

You can delete your account at any time, on the website under Profile or in the app under Account. Deleting it cancels a membership bought on fplcore.com straight away, without a refund for the rest of the period. A membership bought through the App Store or Google Play has to be cancelled there.

4. Membership

FPL Core Membership is an optional paid subscription, billed monthly or annually. Both plans include the same features, on the website and in the app, when you sign in with the same account. The price is shown before you buy, and can differ by country and by store.

A membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or annually, until you cancel. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

• App Store: payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings.
• Google Play: payment is charged to your Google Play account. Manage or cancel it under Subscriptions in Google Play.
• Website: payment is taken by Stripe. Change plan, update your payment method or cancel from your Profile.

Refunds for purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. For a membership bought on fplcore.com, contact us and we'll sort it out.

We may add, change or remove features. If we change the price of a membership, we'll tell you before the new price applies to your next renewal.

5. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data displayed on FPL Core.

6. Intellectual Property

The content, organization, graphics, design, and other matters related to FPL Core are protected under applicable copyrights and other proprietary laws. Content from the Official Fantasy Premier League API remains the property of the Premier League.

7. Limitation of Liability

FPL Core shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
